Terms of Service

Who you're contracting with

When you purchase a service, your contract is with [REPLACE: legal entity name], registered at [REPLACE: registered address], VAT [REPLACE: VAT number]. Your payment is processed by Creem, which is the Merchant of Record on your invoice.

What we provide

• Ready-to-buy packages: pre-built automation products delivered within the timeframe stated on each package page (typically 3–7 business days).
• Consulting engagements: scoped via a free discovery call and quoted with fixed-price phases.
• Free expert guidance: 30-minute discovery calls, no obligation to purchase.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate intake information so we can deliver what you bought.
• Don't share access credentials we issue with parties outside your organisation.
• Use any deliverable lawfully. We won't deliver something we believe is illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Pay invoices on time. Subscription packages auto-renew until cancelled.

Pricing, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Creem (our Merchant of Record) calculates and adds applicable VAT based on your billing country at checkout. Subscription packages renew at the same price + VAT until cancelled.

Refunds

Intellectual property

• You own the deliverables. Source code, configs, prompts, and agent definitions we hand over become yours on payment.
• We retain ownership of our underlying methodologies, frameworks, and template materials we use across customers.
• You grant us permission to use anonymised, non-identifying details of the engagement (e.g., "we built a lead-qualification agent for a SaaS company") in case studies. Tell us if you don't want this and we'll respect it.

Acceptable use

• No reselling our packages without written agreement.
• No use of the deliverables to violate any law, harm any third party, or generate unsolicited communications at scale (spam).
• No abuse of free discovery calls (e.g., booking with the intent to extract free consulting and not engage).

Termination

You can cancel a subscription anytime via the customer portal. We can terminate a service if you breach these terms, with notice to your account email. On termination, we provide a full data export.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any service is capped at the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim. We don't exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't be excluded under your local consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [REPLACE: governing jurisdiction]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [REPLACE: courts]. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of your local mandatory consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; if changes are material we'll post a banner on the site and email active subscribers 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
