Eficience ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have. We've kept it short and plain — if anything is unclear, email eficience.tech@gmail.com.
The data controller for personal data collected via this website is [REPLACE: legal entity name], [REPLACE: registered address], VAT [REPLACE: VAT number].
For any privacy-related question, contact eficience.tech@gmail.com.
We use the following processors. Each handles a specific function and is contractually bound to GDPR-compliant processing.

| Resend | Transactional email (receipts, booking confirmations, alerts) | USA | Policy |
| Cal.com | Booking scheduling, calendar availability, and video-call links | USA / EU | Policy |

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise any of these by emailing eficience.tech@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (or local storage entries) to remember your theme preference and session state. These do not require consent under GDPR. Vercel Analytics is cookieless.
If we change anything substantive (new processor, new data category, new retention period), we'll update the "Last updated" date and post a note in the site footer for 30 days. We won't change retroactively in a way that lessens your rights.
