Eficience ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have. We've kept it short and plain — if anything is unclear, email eficience.tech@gmail.com.

Who is the data controller

The data controller for personal data collected via this website is Ferran Martinez Condom, an individual entrepreneur established in Georgia trading as Eficience, with registered address at Boris Paichadze Street 1A, 0159 Tbilisi, Georgia (Tax ID 302359490).

What data we collect

Information you give us directly: name, email, company, message — when you submit a contact form, book a call, or start a project with us.
Booking details: the slot you pick, the prep questions you answer (industry, bottlenecks, tools).
Billing data: when you place an order we issue an invoice directly. We collect the billing details you provide (name, billing address, and any company or tax details) to produce it; payment is made by bank transfer against that invoice. We don't collect or store card numbers.
Technical data: pages visited, country, device type, referrer — collected by Vercel Analytics in aggregated, non-identifying form.
Error data: when something breaks on the site, error details (URL, browser, stack trace) may be sent to Sentry to help us fix it. No form-field contents are included.

Why we collect it (lawful bases under GDPR)

To deliver the service you requested (Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract): order fulfilment, booking confirmations, customer support.
To meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)): tax records, refund processing, accounting.
To improve the website and respond to leads (Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest): aggregated analytics, error monitoring, lead follow-up. You can object at any time.

How long we keep your data

Order records and invoices: 10 years (legal requirement for tax/accounting in Georgia).
Bookings: 2 years after the meeting date.
Leads (contact form submissions): 12 months unless you become a customer.
Webhook event logs: 90 days, then archived without personal data.
Aggregated analytics: indefinite, but already anonymous.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise any of these by emailing eficience.tech@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (or local storage entries) to remember your theme preference and session state. These do not require consent under GDPR. Vercel Analytics is cookieless.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything substantive (new processor, new data category, new retention period), we'll update the "Last updated" date and post a note in the site footer for 30 days. We won't change retroactively in a way that lessens your rights.
