Last updated: 2026-04-29Refund Policy
We aim to deliver something you're glad you bought. If we miss, here's what you can do. This policy applies to every purchase made on eficience.tech.
How refunds work
Creem (our Merchant of Record) handles all refunds. When we approve a refund, the credit appears on the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Creem also reverses any VAT or tax originally charged.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If you're an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital service contract for any reason. Request a withdrawal by emailing eficience.tech@gmail.com.
- Exception (digital content already delivered): if you explicitly consent to immediate execution at checkout and we deliver before the 14 days are up, the right of withdrawal ends. We'll be clear about this at checkout.
- Exception (subscription packages): cancelling within 14 days of the first payment refunds the setup fee; cancelling later doesn't refund past charges but stops future ones.
Beyond the withdrawal window
- If we miss our stated delivery date by more than 7 days through our fault, you can request a full refund.
- If a delivered package fundamentally doesn't match what was described on the package page, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
- We don't refund for change of mind after a one-time package has been built and delivered.
How to request a refund
- Email eficience.tech@gmail.com with your order id (in your receipt) and a brief reason.
- We respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, the refund is initiated immediately via Creem; you get an email confirmation.
- If declined, we explain why and you can still escalate to a Creem dispute or your card issuer.
Subscription cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund past months. Use the customer portal link in your most recent receipt email to manage subscriptions yourself.
